Embodiment Series

The Embodiment Series is designed to make complex knowledge of the human body accessible to everyone. In a time when social and cultural forces have created deep self-disconnection, this series supports participants in getting reacquainted with their physical self. The series includes a recurring biweekly in-person "Somatic Practice" to build quiet, gentle co-regulation in a group format and topical monthly workshops. The mission of this series is to support the average community member to better understand their nervous system and the ways in which mental health and physical symptoms are interconnected. Each session translates science into practical, embodied awareness without requiring any background in psychology or biology. All Embodiment Series events are appropriate for ages 16 and up as groups may include discussion of trauma and violence as part of understanding the human experience.

All online registration will open in December 2026. Join the mailing list for updates and reminders.
