About the event
Workshop Overview
This 1-hour virtual workshop offers an accessible introduction to dissociation—what it is, how it develops, and why it’s so common. Participants will explore the cultural, familial, and lived experiences that shape disembodiment, and how dissociation relates to both mental and physical health. The workshop is designed to normalize dissociation as an understandable response to modern life and stress, while offering language and frameworks that support greater awareness, compassion, and choice.
